blockbuster series released as part of Amazon Prime\u2019s deal with The Wonder Project, a faith-based production company that ‘develops series and films rooted in spirituality\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>The action-packed epic will be hoping to replicate the success of The Chosen, which is hailed as<a href=\"https:\/\/metro.co.uk\/2024\/10\/07\/probably-never-heard-this-show-watched-200-million-people-21751897\/\"> \u2018the most amazing show ever\u2019<\/a> by its loyal fanbase and watched by over 200 million people worldwide.<\/p>\n<p>The Chosen is created, directed, and written by Dallas Jenkins, exploring the life and ministry of Jesus Christ. <\/p>\n<p>It went on to become the most successful crowdfunded series in television history.<\/p>\n<p>House of David follows the titular David, a king of <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Ancient_Israel_and_Judah\">ancient Israel and Judah<\/a> and the second of the <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Kingdom_of_Israel_(united_monarchy)\">United Monarchy<\/a>, perhaps best known as the warrior who defied all odds and
