One of Kim Kardashian<\/a>’s security guards got caught in an awkward moment with the star ahead of her Met Gala<\/a> arrival.<\/p>\n

Kim, 44, took 11-year-old daughter North West<\/a>, whom she shares with ex-husband Kanye West<\/a>, as her date to this year’s event.<\/p>\n

Stepping out of their hotel in New York<\/a> City to make their way to the museum, Kim and eldest child North were surrounded by flashing cameras and shouty fans all eager to catch a glimpse of her look.<\/p>\n

However, it seems one man didn’t look where he was going, as the bodyguard accidentally stepped on her dress.<\/p>\n

The exchange was caught by a fan who posted a clip to TikTok, capturing Kim stumbling forward.<\/p>\n

She then turned to him with a harsh look on her face, muttering something before walking to the car.<\/p>\n

Thankfully, both Kim and her dress made it to the Gala in one piece, as she posed proudly in a black leather Chrome Hearts gown.<\/p>\n

The form-fitting peplum frock hugged her famous curves and plunged all the way down to her bum with daring cut-outs, hanging off one shoulder with an asymmetrical neckline and pockets along the stomach.<\/p>\n

Her floor-length skirt was bedazzled with a diamond-studded chain, and she accessorised with a statement choker and diamond earrings.<\/p>\n

Quite literally topping off the ensemble, she placed a matching leather top hat on her head in a nod to this year’s dandyism dress code.<\/p>\n

Kim famously makes headlines each year at the Met, often due to controversy or revealing plenty of flesh.<\/p>\n
