href=\"https:\/\/metro.co.uk\/tag\/eamonn-holmes\/\">Eamonn Holmes<\/a> has revealed he feared the worst after suffering the ‘worst bang’ to his head and shoulder <a href=\"https:\/\/metro.co.uk\/2025\/05\/02\/eamonn-holmes-65-rushed-hospital-ambulance-painful-accident-23015951\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">after a fall.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Last week, the former <a data-track=\"inline-tag-auto-link_article\" href=\"https:\/\/metro.co.uk\/tag\/this-morning\/\">This Morning<\/a> presenter, 65, revealed on <a data-track=\"inline-tag-auto-link_article\" href=\"https:\/\/metro.co.uk\/tag\/instagram\/\">Instagram<\/a> he had been hospitalised after the agonising accident at home.<\/p>\n<p>On today’s <a data-track=\"inline-tag-auto-link_article\" href=\"https:\/\/metro.co.uk\/tag\/gb-news\/\">GB News<\/a>, Eamonn gave further details about the incident and said he feared he was ‘dead’ due to the severity of the fall.<\/p>\n<p>He explained he suffered the ‘sorest and most powerful’ knock to his head that he had ever experienced.<\/p>\n<p>Eamonn said: ‘I was very worried about me. Thank you ambulance crew.\u2019<\/p>\n<p>Eamonn shared an update with a selfie from hospital, and said: \u2018<a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/eamonnholmes\/\"><\/a>Not how I wanted to be spending The Holiday weekend \u2026\u2026 but life\u2019s not easy these days \ud83d\ude1e .
